The Vision aims to use the significant cooperation potential, which all cooperating regions, ie. Moravian-Silesian Region, Silesian and Žilina self-governing region dispose of, through the creation of functional cross-border governance structures and making use of the cooperation projects identified in the course of the creation of the strategy as well as the three bilateral strategies. In order to fulfill the objectives formulated in the strategy the cross-border cooperation involves all potentially relevant actors. Using the above mentioned four areas of cooperation this institutionalized cross-border cooperation can lead to further development of all the regions concerned.
