In order to achieve its goals, the EGTC TRITIA shall carries out the following tasks:
1) to identify, support and implement territorial cooperation programmes, projects and joint actions in the following main areas:
- transport
- economy
- tourism
- energetics focusing on renewable energy sources
2) identification, support and implementation of programmes, projects and joint actions in the framework of territorial cooperation in the following additional areas:
- culture
- environment
- human resources, education, including close cooperation with universities
- cooperation of public institutions, including the implementation of exchanges of specialists and their valuable experience in the framework of international traineeships
- sport
3) identification, support and implementation of programmes, projects and joint actions under territorial cooperation in the areas defined in Regulation 1082/2006 Sb., including:
- company support, particularly the development of small and medium-sized bussinesses and cross-border trade
- promoting and improving the joint protection and management of natural resources and the prevention of natural and technological risks
- supporting and improving the joint protection of cultural heritage
- promoting connections between urban and rural areas
- reducing isolation by improving transportation access, information and communication services and networks, as well as cross-border water and energy supply and waste management systems and facilities
- supporting cooperation and networking between cluster representatives for the efficient use of common infrastructures in sectors such as health, culture, tourism and education
- to support cooperation, including administrative and legal cooperation among the inhabitants and institutions in the area of the Grouping activity.
