New forms of cooperation - a chance for integrated development of borderland

On 16 January 2014, the EGTC TRITIA attended the conference "Flagship projects for integrated development on the threshold of the 20th anniversary of cooperation on the Czech - Polish border." The conference under the auspices of the Minister for Infrastructure and Development Elżbieta Bieńkowska was held at the castle Książąt Wałbrzych in Poland.

The presentation by the director of EGTC TRITIA Branislav Zacharides was made at the Panel III entitled "New forms of cooperation - a chance for the development of integrated border", focusing in particular on the description of the reasons for setting up an EGTC, as well as the process of its creation.

Panel participants also learned about the plans of the western part of the Czech - Polish border to set up an EGTC New Sudetenland, Ltd
