Supporting cycle tourism in Slovak - Polish borderland

A long-distance cycle route from the Polish town of Bielsko - Biala to the Slovak town of Martin does not lose its attractiveness. In the framework of joint cross-border projects The Turiec bicycle group JUS, the City of Martin, and BTC Bielsko - Biala several organized cycle tours will take place on the route this year as well. The first one was held on 31 August 2013 and EGTC TRITIA could not miss it. The Deputy Mayor of Bielsko - Biala Mr. Zbigniew Michniowski came to wish a good ride to this mixed Polish - Slovak group of cyclists. EGTC TRITIA in cooperation with the Slovak section of the Euroregion Beskydy also seek funds to restore the damaged signs along the route, and to improve its attractiveness with new information boards and maps.
