The latest meeting of the Supervisory board of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation TRITIA Ltd. took place in Żylina on the 3rd of September on the behalf of member and director of the Office of Žilina Self – governing Region Pavla Holeštiaka. The members of this unique regions grouping from Central Europe together with Žilina Self – governing Region are Moravian-Silesian Region (CZ), Silesia Voivodeship (PL) and Opole Voivodeship (PL).
The meeting of the Supervisory board was held byTomasz Kostuś, it’s chairman, a deputy marshal of Opole Voivodeship (PL). During the session, the current TRITIA’s director, Branislav Zacharides informed about three projects conducted by the grouping. Projects are devoted to cross-linking subjects supporting the new entrepreneurs in the TRITIA territory, join promotion of technical monuments devoted to tourism development, as well as exchange of experience and implementation of good practices supporting local producers. The Supervisory board also discussed the activities of EGTC TRITIA planned for the upcoming programming period 2014 – 2020, when the leadership will be given to Marta Sláviková, nominee by ŽSK. Between new plans there will be also a place for the projects aiming to link Odra River with Danube River, those plans will be discussed this year in Opole.
